Binzhou-based Yuyue Home Textile leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technologies to drive the transformation and upgrading of the traditional textile industry. By building a dedicated home textiles knowledge base on an AI-generated content (AIGC) design platform and adopting an "AI + designer" collaborative model, the company has dramatically boosted pattern R&D efficiency, shortened R&D cycles, and fueled order growth. The company has pioneered an innovative digital color-spinning technology that uses color-mixing algorithms and an online deviation correction system to achieve rich color palettes with minimal colored fibers, reducing water consumption by 67% compared to conventional processes. Meanwhile, the company continues to advance process innovation by establishing a three-stage reclaimed-water recycling system paired with a demonstration line for near-zero wastewater discharge. This enables closed-loop circulation of alkaline water and brings the plant-wide water reuse rate to over 96%. From product design and spinning production to wastewater recycling, the company has transformed manufacturing experience into data-driven capabilities. By coupling quality and efficiency improvements with green, low-carbon practices, it serves as a benchmark for the transformation of traditional private industries in Binzhou.
