Weifang's Special Funds Offer Targeted Support to Empower Sci-Tech Small and Medium-Sized Businesses

Recently, Weifang Financing Guarantee Group Co., Ltd. received 7.855 million yuan in premium subsidies for the Lu Ke Dan - Lu Dan Sci-tech Loan program from the Department of Science and Technology of Shandong Province, with the subsidy scale ranking among the highest in the province. Since the launch of the business in 2024, the group has served 359 sci-tech innovation enterprises and provided 1.584 billion yuan in guaranteed financing, helping these entities overcome difficulties and achieve growth.

These special funds are used for risk compensation and premium subsidies related to sci-tech innovation guarantee services, providing targeted support to sci-tech small and medium-sized businesses and high-tech enterprises. Capitalizing on policy dividends, the group also launched its proprietary product, the Weidan Sci-tech Loan, and reduced guarantee fee rates to effectively lower financing costs for sci-tech innovation enterprises. Moving forward, Weifang will effectively manage and utilize the special subsidy funds. Based on the industrial status of local sci-tech innovation, the city will continue to deepen its sci-tech financial guarantee services, optimize service models, and amplify the leverage effect of financing guarantees.
