Qingdao Launches Implementation Plan for "Single-Category Package" Services for Sojourn and Wellness Care

Recently, six departments, including the Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Administrative Services, jointly issued the "Implementation Plan for the 'Single-Category Package' Services for People Coming to Qingdao for Sojourn and Wellness Care." Focusing on the three major scenarios of "Food, Lodging, and Transportation; Tourism, Study, and Recreation; and Medical Care, Wellness, and Senior Living," the plan organizes the first batch of 105 service items across three stages—before arriving in Qingdao, during the stay in Qingdao, and after leaving Qingdao—to provide full-chain government and lifestyle support services for sojourn and wellness care groups.

The service list integrates basic government services—such as residence and property purchase, cross-regional medical treatment, and transportation—with value-added services like legal consultation and financial support, covering diverse needs for living, leisure, healthcare, and elderly care. Laoshan District, West Coast New Area, and Jiaozhou City have been selected as pilot areas. Dedicated service windows have been set up in government service halls, "sojourn service micro-stations" have been deployed in scenic areas and wellness institutions, and mobile service teams have been organized to provide grassroots support. In addition, efforts will be made to promote policies through online and offline channels such as short videos and policy infographics, continuously optimize the supply of sojourn and wellness services, and empower the high-quality development of Qingdao's sojourn and wellness industry.
