Zibo Drives Industrial Advancement Toward Intelligence, Innovation, and Strength

Zibo harnesses digital transformation to unlock a new growth driver for industrial development, advancing both the scale and quality of its industrial economy. As the city's first national excellence-level smart factory, Qidu Pharmaceutical has achieved digital-intelligent synergy across its entire production process, featuring a 98% equipment CNC rate and 80% automated workflows, serving as a prime example of Zibo's smart manufacturing upgrade.

Leveraging its role as a national pilot city for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), Zibo has established a digital public service platform that brings together service providers and solutions. In the first half of the year, a batch of new smart factories was established, raising the digital transformation coverage rate of industrial enterprises above designated size to 95.1%. The city's value-added of industrial enterprises above designated size rose by 7.4% year-on-year, and the growth rate of investment in industrial technological transformation ranked among the highest in the province.

Zibo has strengthened the tiered cultivation of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative enterprises, implemented targeted services under the "one policy for one enterprise" approach, and deepened the "five-in-one" synergy across industry-science, industry-talent, industry-trade, industry-finance, and industry-sales. Through key initiatives such as core technology breakthroughs, financial empowerment, and supply-demand matchmaking, the city is accelerating the cultivation of new quality productive forces and steering industries toward greater intelligence, innovation, and strength.
