With the rise of the pet economy, Lanshun Organism decided to launch a new project. However, numerous challenges, including site selection, permit approvals, supporting facilities for factories, and licensing, once caused the project to hit a bottleneck. The People's Government of Hantun Town learned of this situation during corporate visits. Therefore, it took the initiative to provide support by implementing a service model of "one dedicated task force per enterprise, end-to-end agency services, and full-cycle follow-up." A green channel was established to assist the company in completing a series of procedures, including land surveys, planning permits, environmental assessments, and qualification approvals, revitalizing idle factories, facilitating access to startup loans, and interpreting cross-border subsidy policies. These measures provided comprehensive support to alleviate difficulties and reduce burdens for the company. The project, originally expected to take at least a year to commence operations, reached production in just six months.
Since the beginning of this year, Chiping District has continued to optimize the business environment by fully implementing a mechanism of "one dedicated task force per project, full-cycle follow-up, and precise empowerment," where the government provides proactive services without enterprises having to seek help. It has effectively addressed bottlenecks in project implementation, technological innovation and upgrading, and market expansion. From revitalizing existing resources and accelerating project construction to building sci-tech innovation platforms and helping enterprises expand overseas, comprehensive and precise services continue to inject new growth drivers into the county-level economy.
