Shandong Issues Implementation Opinions on Data-Empowered AI Innovation and Development

On July 7, Shandong issued implementation opinions on data-empowered AI innovation and development, outlining six major actions and 14 key tasks to coordinate the entire chain of data supply, circulation, computing power, application scenarios, industry, and ecosystem. The development goals for 2028 are set: to build 100 industry datasets and 20 data annotation bases, reach an intelligent computing power capacity of 25,000 PFLOPS, cultivate 300 data enterprises and 200 AI benchmark scenarios, drive the quality improvement of the AI industry with data elements, and accelerate Shandong's efforts to become a digital powerhouse.
