Leveraging the region's well-established construction machinery supply chain, over 80% of components are sourced locally. This keeps total costs at just one-third to one-quarter of comparable foreign products, creating a distinct competitive edge. By adopting diverse global expansion strategies—such as partnering with international influencers, hosting global livestream sales, and offering overseas warehouse pickups—the manufacturer now exports over 260 mini excavators daily. By 2025, international sales are projected to account for 75% of the total volume. Local companies are also expanding their product lines to include new items like small tracked lawn mowers tailored for residential gardens abroad. By leveraging shared technologies and existing industrial infrastructure, they continue to tap into niche markets.
