The 2026 List of Key Talent Policies in Shandong Province Released

On May 28, the 2026 List of Key Talent Policies in Shandong Province was released on the Shandong Talents platform. The list consolidates 86 talent policies at both the provincial and municipal levels, covering the entire chain of recruitment, cultivation, entrepreneurship, finance, and housing to provide targeted empowerment for all types of talents. Policy highlights are as follows. In scientific research, the Youth Fund offers up to 1 million yuan in funding. In entrepreneurship, college graduates can apply for personal startup loans of up to 500,000 yuan, while micro and small-sized enterprises can apply for startup loans of up to 10 million yuan, alongside one-time entrepreneurship subsidies. Efforts will continue to deepen initiatives such as the "Zhufeng Program" for leading talent and the projects for open competition, focusing on frontier industries like artificial intelligence and providing substantial financial support to help talents tackle bottleneck technologies.
