Shandong's SMEs Join Forces to Expand Overseas

Shandong has launched the "Ten Thousand Enterprises Going Global, Shandong Trade Worldwide" initiative, leveraging 17,800 enterprises that use specialized and sophisticated technologies to produce novel and unique products and 171 industrial clusters to collectively expand into international markets. The province has established the "Shanhaijing" Overseas Service Hub and 16 overseas economic and trade zones, with leading enterprises driving the global expansion of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In 2025, outbound investment reached 11.72 billion US dollars, making Shandong a benchmark for Chinese SMEs going global.
