A Job Fair Draws 3 Million Online Views! Jinan's Ambition to Attract Talent Through Industrial Growth

On May 23, Jinan held the special session for specialized equipment and new energy equipment as part of the "Talent Gathering in the Spring City" Industry Tour campaign. Eighty companies offered 2,600 positions, attracting 1,700 job seekers on site and more than 3 million online viewers, resulting in 492 preliminary employment matches. The event adopted a five-in-one model integrating offline recruitment, livestreaming, and policy briefings, with a focus on the city's "13+34" key industrial chains. Six themed recruitment events are planned throughout the year. Jinan has also introduced substantial incentives to attract talent, including housing subsidies of up to 150,000 yuan for PhD graduates and up to 250,000 yuan for master's and PhD graduates employed by specialized and sophisticated private enterprises that produce new and unique products. Additional benefits such as rental subsidies and free public transportation cards further demonstrate the city's commitment to building a competitive talent ecosystem with tangible financial incentives.
