China's First Open Enabling Platform for Electronic Business License Services Launched in Qingdao

On May 26, Qingdao launched the nation's first open enabling platform for electronic business license services and unveiled a "Policy Express" mechanism, extending digital identity services beyond government administration to broader social use. The platform provides enterprises with free access to standardized interfaces that can be used in scenarios such as digital office operations, financial management, and supplier access management. It supports digital identity verification for business entities across the country, significantly reducing platform authentication costs. Qingdao has also built a system integrating dynamic verification of electronic business licenses and static display of enterprise codes. The system has been connected to 105 government service systems, enabling 1,055 business-related matters to be processed without filling out any forms or submitting any documents.
