During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, Shandong added 108 newly listed companies, with sci-tech innovation enterprises accounting for over 90%. Over the five years, the number of listed companies from strategic emerging industries increased threefold, and sci-tech innovation bond financing exceeded 320 billion yuan. Listed companies across the province have invested a cumulative 389.3 billion yuan in R&D, significantly strengthening innovation momentum. Leveraging capital markets to cultivate new quality productive forces, Shandong has built a "10-100-1,000" reserve pool of IPO candidates, promoted deeper integration of capital, industry, and innovation, and supported high-quality economic development.
