In the marine sector, Qingdao is building a complete industrial chain of green ships and marine engineering. In terms of land transportation, Qingdao CRRC Sifang Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. has made breakthroughs in key technologies of high-speed electric multiple units (EMUs). As for the aerospace sector, the Dongfang Spaceport in Haiyang, Yantai, has guaranteed 24 offshore satellite launches and successfully sent 154 satellites into space, highlighting the hard-core strength of Shandong's high-end manufacturing.
