"Shangangtong" Smart Import Transshipment Model Officially Launched

Recently, the first batch of 133 international shipping containers loaded with metal ore was unloaded at Qingdao Qianwan Container Terminal and shipped directly to Weihai Port aboard the vessel "Shangang Longkou", marking the official launch of the "Shangangtong" smart import transshipment model. This milestone fully integrates both import and export operations. Leveraging a "hub-and-feeder port" framework, the model streamlines the entire smart cargo transfer chain between ports, achieving a true "one declaration, one inspection, and one release" process that significantly boosts cross-border logistics efficiency.
