The Information Office of the People's Government of Shandong Province held a press conference to interpret the relevant content of the outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan. Shandong has explicitly proposed building 20 provincial-level or above zero-carbon zones, comprehensively promoting new low-carbon technologies and processes in industrial development, and accelerating the green and low-carbon transition. By empowering industrial upgrading with low-carbon and smart solutions, the province aims to support the construction of the Beautiful China pilot zone and lay a solid green foundation for high-quality development.
