On April 15, Shandong launched a three-year action plan for the high-quality development of the capital market. The province introduced a "Ten-Hundred-Thousand" incubation program for public listings and established an accelerated mechanism for enterprises to gain direct access to the capital market, striving to add 20 new listed companies each year. Additionally, the province will broaden bond financing channels, ensure an average annual growth of over 10% for guidance funds, strengthen local brokerages and equity trading centers, and solidify the pipeline of prospective listed companies, leveraging capital to empower the real economy and the development of new quality productive forces.
