Recently, the Organization Department of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Shandong Province issued a circular to enhance the end-to-end services of the Shandong-Famous College Talent Direct Matchmaking, helping build a northern hub for outstanding young talent. The circular outlines 12 key tasks in five areas to optimize the "one body, two wings" talent attraction system. The province will coordinate over 150 major talent attraction events and organize study tours, including the Shandong Tour for Teachers and Students from Famous Universities. It will establish a full-process mechanism for precise pre-event matching, efficient negotiations during the event, and post-event follow-up services, leveraging the chain owners of 19 signature industrial chains for joint talent attraction and deepening cooperation with the Yellow River Basin University Alliance. By creating a coordinated provincial, municipal, and county-level talent attraction model, Shandong aims to precisely meet the talent needs for green, low-carbon, and high-quality development. It will offer full-cycle services for young talent to attract more university graduates to work and start businesses in the province.
