The 26th Plenary Meeting of the Singapore-Shandong Economic and Trade Council Held in Jinan

On March 31, the 26th Plenary Meeting of the Singapore-Shandong Business Council was held in Jinan. Zhou Naixiang, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and Governor of Shandong Province, and Jeffrey Siow, Singapore's Acting Minister for Transport and Senior Minister of State for Finance, attended the event and delivered speeches. Both sides stated that they will leverage the Council's platform to deepen Cooperation in fields such as economy, trade, sci-tech, and cultural exchanges. They also aim to promote the high-standard development of the China-Singapore Jinan Future Industry City, expanding the space for mutual benefit and win-win outcomes. At the meeting, 10 cooperation projects were signed, covering fields such as green and low-carbon development, international logistics, cultural tourism, and modern agriculture. Shandong will continue to optimize its business environment and provide high-quality services for Singaporean enterprises operating in the province. These efforts will elevate Shandong-Singapore Cooperation to a new level and facilitate high-standard opening up.
