This means that the construction of the Qingdao Special Steel Industrial Zone, with a total investment of 10 billion yuan, has officially transitioned from the planning stage to a systematic, standardized, and full-speed implementation stage. Previously, according to a report by West Coast Media on September 12, 2025, investment promotion for a special steel industrial zone with a total investment of 10 billion yuan has been fully launched at the East Plant of Qingdao Special Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.
