Shandong's Imports and Exports Grow 9.9% in First Two Months of 2026

In the first two months of this year, Shandong's imports and exports totaled 548.13 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.9%. Specifically, exports amounted to 321.67 billion yuan, up 8.6%, while imports reached 226.46 billion yuan, up 11.8%.

Private enterprises accounted for nearly 80%, and imports and exports of all types of enterprises grew steadily. Imports and exports by private enterprises reached 415.69 billion yuan, up 11%, accounting for 75.8% of the total value, an increase of 0.8 percentage points. During the same period, imports and exports by foreign-funded enterprises totaled 81.54 billion yuan, up 9.2%. State-owned enterprises recorded 50.46 billion yuan in imports and exports, up 1.8%.
