Qingdao Accelerates Development of a Complete Ecosystem for Embodied Intelligence

Qingdao has designated artificial intelligence (AI) as a priority industry, focusing on making breakthroughs in the embodied intelligent robot sector. Currently, Qingdao is home to over 600 AI and robotics companies, establishing an emerging end-to-end ecosystem that spans from upstream core components and midstream system research and development (R&D) to downstream applications.

Qingdao will further leverage the leadership of key industry players such as Guohua Intelligent to establish more innovative platforms for technological R&D, commercialization, and collaboration. This will accelerate Qingdao's development into a major innovation hub and a key R&D and manufacturing center for the embodied intelligent robot industry in northern China.
