First, Shandong will deepen efforts to address the root causes and tough challenges in workplace safety, including intensified special inspections and rectifications targeting risks such as fires in high-rise buildings and safety issues in cold storage facilities. At the same time, Shandong will promote the "Internet Plus AI-based oversight" for food safety. Moreover, risk prevention and control in key areas will be strengthened. Specific measures include accelerating the reform and transformation of financing platforms and urban construction and investment corporations, orderly resolving existing debts, and never crossing the line in securing people's basic livelihoods, salaries for the public sector and government's operation at the grassroots level. Efforts will also continue to combat illegal fundraising. Building on this foundation, social governance will be further innovated. This includes enhancing the standardized development of comprehensive governance centers, improving the rule of law in public complaint handling, and exploring innovative grassroots governance approaches such as "friendly neighborhood governance." Additionally, overall prevention and control of social security will be strengthened, and the comprehensive governance of cyberspace security will be deepened.
