Jining: Targeting High-End Talent in "3+2" Regions, Mapping Industrial Supply and Demand for Precise Matchmaking

Jining has implemented a talent integration initiative, taking industrial demands global and inviting in intellectual resources to promote the deep alignment and synergy of the talent and industrial chains.

Jining has partnered with major national-level institutes in the "3+2" regions (Beijing, Shanghai, Greater Bay Area, Jinan, Qingdao, etc.) to establish 16 high-level innovation platforms. Notably, the Lingjing Robotics Research Institute, jointly established by Lingjing Robotics (Shandong) Co., Ltd. and the Engineering Research Center for Mobile Digital Hospital Systems of the Ministry of Education at Peking University, was recognized as a provincial-level new R&D institution in 2024. Focusing on key technologies such as indoor and outdoor laser navigation and heavy-duty automated guided vehicle (AGV), the institute has applied for 15 patents, commercialized 10 research outcomes, and generated an output value exceeding 100 million yuan.
