Shandong Province Will Vigorously Advance High-standard Opening-up

Shandong will strengthen two-way investment cooperation, promote the investment attraction brand of "Great Partner Shandong, Sincere and Welcoming", and establish a comprehensive service hub for going global. Efforts will be made to guide the rational and orderly cross-border layout of industrial chains, steadily expand institutional opening-up, and implement systematic integration reforms in key industries within the pilot free trade zone. Additionally, the implementation of key projects, such as the China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Comprehensive Service Platform and the Shanghe International Capital Hub, will be accelerated. Meanwhile, Shandong will advance coordinated innovation with the Hainan Free Trade Port while supporting the development of the China-Singapore Jinan Future Industry City and the Jinan-NTU Green Technology Research Institute. Furthermore, the province will facilitate the standardization and upgrading of development zones as well as the transformation and upgrading of comprehensive bonded zones.
