Shandong will concentrate resources to build up four trillion-yuan emerging pillar industries in high-end equipment manufacturing, information technology services, new energy, and new materials, while expanding four hundred-billion-yuan emerging potential industries in artificial intelligence, biomedicine, new energy vehicles, aerospace, and low-altitude economy. The province will improve the semiconductor chip industry ecosystem and strengthen the four major robotics industry bases in Jinan, Qingdao, Zibo, and Jining. At the same time, efforts will be made to enhance the quality and scale of the new energy vehicle industry. Additionally, the province will integrate Yantai's Dongfang Spaceport into the national commercial aerospace layout. A provincial-level intelligent low-altitude connectivity network will be established.
