Shandong will fully unleash its consumption potential. To this end, it is essential to carry out in-depth special campaigns to boost consumption, implement income growth plans for urban and rural residents, and optimize trade-in policies. Meanwhile, efforts should be made to enhance the alignment between the supply and demand of consumer goods, and vigorously develop service consumption, including the implementation of the "Shandong transport-tourism integration No. 1 project." Additionally, it is also necessary for the province to take proactive measures to expand effective investment. This requires advancing 2,000 provincial-level key projects, achieving an investment of over 980 billion yuan, and ensuring the completion and operation of more than 3,500 projects, such as the Sateri fiber project. Furthermore, it is important to implement national policies supporting major economic provinces in playing a pivotal role, and increase the proportion of investments in livelihood-related areas. It is also necessary to strengthen provincial-level coordination in indicators such as land, energy consumption, coal consumption, and carbon emissions, and effectively implement policies and measures to promote private investment.
