On January 20, the 2026 Shandong-Global Partners Dialogue on Open Cooperation was successfully held in Beijing. The event unveiled the "Ten Major Partnership Initiatives" for Shandong's Opening Up in 2026, outlining concrete measures to strengthen global partnerships across ten key areas—expanding high-quality imports, innovating service trade, upgrading major investment promotion activities, and enhancing international cooperation in industrial and supply chains, among others. During the event, the 2026 Shandong International Friendship Cities Cooperation Plan was also released.
