Heze Leads China in Mass Production of 7-Micron Conductive Non-Woven Fabrics

When we chat with friends or scroll through news on our phones, hidden deep within the precision-engineered casing lies a silver film just 7 microns thick. This is the key component that shields the phone from electromagnetic interference, ensuring its smooth operation. This film is the conductive non-woven fabric from Shandong Tianhou New Material Technology Co., Ltd.

Tianhou New Material's independently developed 20-micron ultra-thin conductive fabric has broken foreign technological monopolies, filled a gap in the Chinese market, and slashed the price to roughly half that of comparable imported materials, achieving complete domestic substitution for imported materials. Subsequently, Tianhou New Material developed products such as the globally leading 15-micron plain weave conductive fabric and China's first 7-micron conductive non-woven fabric. Among these, the independently developed 13-micron electronic flexible material has broken the monopoly held by Japan and South Korea. The world's thinnest 7-micron electromagnetic shielding film has also achieved mass production, with performance reaching internationally advanced levels.
