Shandong Implements Dual Drug Lists for Medical and Commercial Insurance

Starting from January 1, Shandong Province has fully implemented the 2025 edition of the National Medical Insurance Drug List. This update adds 114 new drugs and removes 29 drugs, bringing the total number of listed drugs to 3,253. Additionally, 19 new drugs have been added to the inaugural Commercial Insurance Innovative Drug List, significantly expanding the coverage. The updated National Medical Insurance Drug List has now been fully implemented across Shandong.
