Recently, Qingdao City issued the Action Plan for Comprehensively Improving Corporate Services and Continuously Building a First-Class Business Environment in Qingdao. The plan outlines 36 policy measures focusing on six key areas: fair competition, industrial development, high-level opening-up, standardized business operations, protection of rights and interests, and the enhancement of corporate services.
Focusing on fair competition, the plan aims to enhance the development of basic market rules and regulations in an all-around manner.
Specifically, to relax market access and promote fair market competition, it proposes the following four major measures. First, integrate into the construction of a unified national market. Second, release an updated public resource trading catalog and fully promote the inclusion of all kinds of public resource transactions. Third, deepen special campaigns in the bidding and procurement sector. Fourth, advance the reform of "one-stop credit repair."
