Recently, the sixth session of "Dialogues on Shandong Online" Promotional Activities under the theme "Serving Enterprises to Go Global and Promoting Foreign Trade to a New Level", along with the Binzhou Closing Ceremony, were co-organized in the city by the Office of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee (SDFAO), the Publicity Department of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee, the Cyberspace Affairs Office of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee, the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province, and the Shandong Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese. Ms. Li Hong, Deputy Director-General of the SDFAO, and Mr. Lyu Mingtao, Vice Mayor of Binzhou, attended the closing ceremony and delivered speeches. 

In her speech, Li Hong noted that the event was first held in Dezhou and went on to visit over 50 leading foreign trade enterprises in 16 cities across the province. Through in-depth interviews focusing on key sectors like industrial manufacturing, food processing, and textiles and apparel, the event uncovered many vivid stories of Shandong enterprises expanding into international markets. The event showcased the pragmatic measures taken by the SDFAO to optimize the business environment for foreign entities and deepen the "foreign affairs + economy and trade" integration. It highlighted the remarkable achievements of Shandong's foreign trade in improving quality and efficiency through structural optimization, new growth driver conversion, and innovation, effectively enhancing the brand influence of "Economic Foreign Affairs". Ms. Li pointed out that the promotional activities were completed with significant and encouraging achievements. To date, over 22,600 related reports have been published across all online platforms, reaching over 279 million users with more than 210 million views. A multi-dimensional communication pattern, characterized by domestic-overseas interaction and online-offline synergy, has been established. The resonance among government, enterprises, media, and all sectors of society has created powerful growth drivers for the high-quality development of Shandong's foreign trade. Taking this publicity event as a new starting point, the SDFAO will continue to highlight the brand of "Dialogues on Shandong Online" Promotional Activities, building innovative hybrid communication channels while further promoting the deep integration of foreign affairs services with economic and trade development. 

Mr. Lyu, on behalf of the CPC Binzhou Municipal Committee and Binzhou Municipal People's Government, extended his congratulations on the event. He pointed out that the event serves as an important platform for showcasing the achievements of Binzhou's opening-up and development while boosting the confidence of local enterprises to go global. Since the beginning of 2025, Binzhou has vigorously implemented the action plan called "Binzhou Enterprises Going Global", fully supporting enterprises in exploring international markets through institutional innovation, platform building, and resource integration. The press group visited several enterprises in Zouping County-level City, Boxing County, and the Binzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone, witnessing the global layout and competitiveness of Binzhou's enterprises in various fields, such as intelligent equipment, machinery manufacturing, architecture and steel products, home textiles and health products, and commercial kitchenware. He noted that Binzhou will take this event as an opportunity to continuously deepen the city's "Binzhou Enterprises Going Global" action plan, further optimize its foreign affairs service system, build high-level platforms for opening-up and cooperation, and create a more attractive and competitive international business environment, so as to serve more enterprises in integrating into global industrial and value chains to make new and greater contributions to building a new hub for opening-up in the province.

At the closing ceremony hosted by Ms. Pei Mei, Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Binzhou Municipal People's Government, representatives from relevant provincial authorities, key export-oriented enterprises, and the media delivered speeches.
