Yantai Adopts Multiple Measures to Boost Quality and Efficiency in Key Project Construction

Since the start of this year, the Yantai Municipal Administrative Approval Service Bureau has designated the support of key projects as its "No. 1 Priority" to aid the city's drive toward a trillion-yuan economy. It has established a comprehensive, closed-loop service system covering pre-, mid-, and post-approval stages, effectively facilitating the early groundbreaking, construction, and operation of key projects.

So far this year, the Bureau has provided approval services 5,679 times for various projects, reducing the average full-process approval time from 200 to 85 working days. This includes 480 newly started projects and 559 projects completing final acceptance, providing solid administrative support for the city's high-quality development.

Focusing on the city's 16 key industrial chains, the Yantai Municipal Administrative Approval Service Bureau and the Yantai Municipal Industrial Chain General Office have developed an industrial sand table. By prioritizing development planning and the "one chain, one policy" strategy for cultivation and expansion, they have established "integrated" service guides. This enables projects within these chains to easily navigate the process and benefit from one-off procedures.
