Dezhou Deepens Reform of Market-Oriented Allocation of Data Elements

Recently, the DMG Lab of Fudan University and the Digital China Research Institute of the State Information Center jointly released the "2025 China Open Data Index." Dezhou City, with its outstanding overall performance, entered the highest tier, ranking fourth among all cities nationwide and first among prefecture-level cities, earning the "Open Data Prosperity" award.

As the authoritative evaluation system for public data openness in Dezhou, the Open Data Index provides a comprehensive assessment across four dimensions: security, service, data, and utilization.

Since the beginning of this year, Dezhou City has seized the opportunity presented by the reform of market-oriented allocation of data elements. Focusing on business applications, the city has deepened the development and utilization of public data resources, fully unleashed the value of data elements, advanced data openness from policy documents to real-life benefits for residents, and truly transformed government resources into tangible public welfare gains.
