Recently, a Singapore-registered vessel carrying 23,000 tons of butane was efficiently unloaded at Binzhou Port of Shandong Port Group. From January to November this year, Binzhou Port imported 1.268 million tons of liquefied petroleum gas, valued at 5.39 billion yuan, representing year-on-year increases of 51.9% and 40.0%, respectively.
Since the beginning of this year, Binzhou Customs has applied a "one enterprise, one policy; one ship, one policy" approach to the jurisdiction's first provincial-level, 10 billion yuan-level C3 and C4 comprehensive utilization project. Measures include "immediate review upon submission" for documents, "immediate sampling and delivery" for samples, and integrated supervision of personnel, vessels, and cargo.
Meanwhile, Binzhou Customs has actively promoted the implementation of new policies such as self-printing of ship tonnage tax payment vouchers and tonnage tax licenses, as well as the inspection and issuance of ship sanitation certificates, enabling enterprises to benefit from policy incentives such as advance declaration and formula pricing registration, increasing customs clearance efficiency by 20%.
