Shandong's Intelligent Computing Power Industry Exceeded 70 Billion Yuan in the First Nine Months of This Year

As of September, Shandong had 249 large model products that passed evaluations by third-party professional institutions, serving as helpful tools in fields such as mining, automobile design, and drug R&D. In the first nine months of this year, the large model industry generated business revenue of 5.026 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 102.25%.

Currently, the Inspur Intelligent Computing Center project covers eight major hub nodes of China's "east data, west computing" program, with a cumulative computing power scale of approximately 10 EFLOPS. Across the province, an increasing number of intelligent computing centers are being established.

The Qingdao Artificial Intelligence Computing Center empowers sectors such as smart oceanography and industrial quality inspection, while supporting applications like low-altitude multimodal large models and legal text processing. The National Supercomputing Center in Jinan leverages the platform and resource advantages of Shandong's computing network to provide full-life-cycle platform-based services spanning model design, training, application, and implementation.
