Shandong Releases 18 Technological Innovation Achievements in the Integrated Circuit Industry

Recently, the Shandong Integrated Circuit Technology and Industrial Innovation Development Matchmaking Exchange was held in Jinan. At the event, the Shandong Integrated Circuit Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance released 18 innovation achievements, including high-density carrier boards for silicon photonic chips and high-performance silicon-based capacitors.

Currently, China's integrated circuit industry is undergoing a critical period of accelerated development. Shandong Province is expediting the aggregation of the chip design industry, promoting large-scale wafer production, actively deploying high-end packaging and testing industries, and vigorously developing related sectors such as EDA design tools, specialized equipment, and key materials.

Meanwhile, as the core technical support for the National Integrated Circuit Design Jinan Industrialization Base, the integrated circuit public R&D service platform has established a domestically advanced technical service system. Significant progress has been made in building an industrial ecosystem for integrated circuits characterized by resource aggregation and coordinated development.
