Jinan and Qingdao Selected as Pilot Cities for the Integrated Development of Human Resource Services and Manufacturing

Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued the Notice on Effectively Conducting Relevant Tasks for the Pilot Program on the Integrated Development of the Human Resource Services Industry alongside Key Manufacturing Sectors, designating 39 cities, including Beijing, as pilot cities for the integrated development of human resource services and manufacturing. Among them, Jinan and Qingdao in Shandong Province were selected.

According to the Notice, pilot cities should focus on key manufacturing sectors and, based on their local industrial foundations, resource endowments, and distinctive strengths, identify one to three segments as pilot directions for differentiated explorations.

It is necessary to fully leverage the principal role of enterprises while prioritizing the selection of chain owner enterprises in the manufacturing industry, single-champion manufacturing enterprises, specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as key enterprises in human resource services, to pilot integrated development.

Additionally, it is crucial to accelerate the application of technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data, innovate scenarios for integrated development, and foster new business forms, technologies, and models for human resource services in the manufacturing industry.
