Steady Foreign Trade Scale and Optimized Structure: How Yuncheng, an Inland County, Achieved a Foreign Trade Breakthrough

The recent Yuncheng Belt and Road Trade Procurement Matchmaking Meeting was held as scheduled. Dozens of foreign merchants from 15 countries, including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Bangladesh, moved among exhibition booths featuring liquor packaging, special vehicles, textile products, and more.

Yuncheng has closely followed the policy direction of "steady foreign trade scale and optimized structure", primarily reflected in its focus on implementing the core task of "helping foreign trade enterprises secure orders". In organizing enterprises to participate in overseas exhibitions, the county has already arranged for companies to attend 13 international trade shows this year, including the 2025 Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna and the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago. Each participation was precisely aligned with the county’s competitive industries.

Participation in domestic exhibitions has also yielded fruitful results. At the recently held 138th Canton Fair, Yuncheng enterprises secured intended orders worth 2.2 million US dollars. Among them, Good Friends Biotechnology Enterprise Co., Ltd. attracted significant attention from numerous buyers with its innovative product designs, securing seven intended orders totaling approximately 900,000 US dollars.
