Recently, Dongying City has focused on the future industry of carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS), striving to strengthen the driving force of technological innovation. Through overall planning and full-chain efforts, it aims to advance the high-quality development of the CCUS future industry with "Technology +" innovation, injecting strong technological impetus into Dongying's green and low-carbon transformation.

Targeting the direction of industrial development, Dongying City has strengthened top-level design first, carefully drawn a technological map for the CCUS industry, and clarified the technological path for the entire chain of carbon capture, transportation, utilization, and storage. On this basis, Dongying City is innovatively building a full-cycle service system encompassing technological research, enterprise growth, platform foundation building, and achievement industrialization. These endeavors will provide whole-process support for the industry from technology R&D to market implementation, and consolidate the "four beams and eight pillars" of CCUS industry innovation and development.
