Shandong Has Built and Put Into Operation the First National Digital Transformation Promotion Center for SMEs in China

The Information Office of Shandong Provincial People's Government presented a report card at a recent press conference. The digital transformation coverage rate of industrial enterprises above designated size in the province has reached 95.1%, and the in-depth transformation rate has reached 47.8%. The penetration rate of digital R&D design tools and the CNC rate of key processes have reached 89.9% and 72.1% respectively, and the level of integrated development of industrialization and informatization ranks among the top in China.

In recent years, Shandong has focused on the manufacturing front-line and deeply promoted digital intelligence empowerment, making every effort to create an all-around, multi-level digital transformation pattern for the manufacturing industry. The first national digital transformation promotion center for SMEs in China has been built and put into operation. Now, small and medium-sized enterprises can establish digital files with a "one-enterprise, one-file" approach at this center. At present, the center has gathered more than 930 high-quality service providers and more than 3,000 product solutions, empowering more than 22,000 enterprises.
