On October 17, the Shandong-Chongqing Cooperation for Food and Agricultural Products Processing Matchmaking Conference & Agricultural Products Deep Processing Technology Upgrade Forum, themed "Shandong-Chongqing Bond, Consumption-Driven Revitalization," kicks off at the Boyue Hall of Chongqing Yuelai International Conference Center.
The event is jointly organized by the Chongqing Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Commission, the Shandong Development and Reform Commission, the Shandong Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the Shandong Provincial Management Group for Cadres Cooperating with Chongqing. It aims to further deepen collaboration between Shandong and Chongqing and promote high-quality development of the food and agricultural products processing industries of both regions.
The exhibits feature over 60 specialized products from six characteristic industries and five major industrial clusters, showcasing the collaborative efforts between Shandong and Chongqing. Notably, more than 70 types of local specialized agricultural products from 14 cooperative districts and counties in Chongqing are prominently displayed. Among them are citrus fruits, crisp plums, beef, mutton, pork, chicken, sweet potatoes, alcoholic beverages, tea-oil, seasonings, prepared dishes, silkworm and mulberry products, grilled fish, and health products. These products offer a comprehensive display of the diverse characteristics and industrial strengths of Chongqing's agriculture.
