Confucius Digital Intelligence Model Opens up a New Paradigm of Creative Transformation and Innovative Development in Confucian Culture

Recently, the 2025 China International Confucius Cultural Festival, with the theme "The Vision of Confucius: A World in Harmonious Coexistence", was held in Qufu, Shandong. During the event, the Confucius Digital Intelligence Model, jointly created by multiple units and institutions, was officially launched for public beta.

The Confucius Digital Intelligence Model collects relevant data on books, ancient books, studies, and works related to Confucius. It cleans and annotates the data through the integration of AI and human work, forming multiple high-quality data sets such as Confucian academic research and Confucius' portraits. Relying on these data, the Confucius Digital Intelligence Model was trained and tuned, achieving a number of core functions such as academic theoretical research, multimodal human-computer interaction, and knowledge graph development.

In the next step, Shandong will continue to promote the provincial-level cultural digitalization action plan, comprehensively explore effective mechanisms for the integration of culture and sci-tech, deepen the reform of cultural systems and mechanisms, and open a new chapter for the creative transformation and innovative development of Shandong culture.
