Recently, the 2025 Shandong-Chongqing Cooperation for Consumption Promotion—Chongqing TCM Herbs Sales Fair & Industrial Cooperation and Exchange Forum was successfully held in Jinan, Shandong. Government representatives, industry association leaders, experts and scholars, along with over 50 TCM herbs production and sales entities from both Shandong and Chongqing gathered to discuss how to deepen consumption collaboration between the two regions, promote TCM herbs industry cooperation, and facilitate Chongqing TCM herbs entering Shandong markets.

At the event, leading enterprises in Chongqing's ten iconic medicinal herbs showcased their products, while relevant pharmaceutical enterprises from Shandong announced their procurement intentions. Through face-to-face negotiations and one-on-one exchanges, strategic agreements were signed with the intended cooperation value reaching 30 million yuan.

This special event follows the Chongqing Fine Tea Sales Fair and represents another important collaborative initiative between Shandong and Chongqing focused on "collaborative assistance to boost consumption." It has not only provided a showcase platform for Chongqing's authentic medicinal herbs but also established an efficient production-sales connection platform, elevating TCM herbs industry cooperation between the two regions to new heights.
