After voluntary applications, preliminary reviews and recommendations by various cities, expert evaluations, and online public announcements, the following six zones have recently been selected as the future industry acceleration zones for 2025: Artificial Intelligence Future Industry Acceleration Zone of Jinan Innovation Zone, Artificial Intelligence Future Industry Acceleration Zone of Laoshan District, Aerospace Future Industry Acceleration Zone of Haiyang City, Metaverse Future Industry Acceleration Zone of Weifang Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Intelligent Robotics Future Industry Acceleration Zone of Zoucheng City, and High-Performance Fiber and Composite Materials Future Industry Acceleration Zone of Lingang District, Weihai.

Subsequently, all localities will step up support and development efforts for future industry acceleration zones and construction projects. By leveraging the regional industrial foundation, they will facilitate the sharing of innovation resources in acceleration zones, jointly establish industrial chains, enhance overall industry competitiveness, and drive the large-scale, high-quality development of future industries. Moreover, acceleration zones will concentrate on advancing industrial chain development and project implementation. Focusing on the core links of leading industries, they will conduct targeted investment attraction to strengthen and supplement industrial chains while refining the industrial chain ecosystem and expediting the implementation and design capacity realization of projects.
