Liaocheng, Shandong: New 20 Measures Empower the High-Quality Development of the Manufacturing Industry

Currently, Liaocheng's manufacturing sector is at a pivotal stage, undergoing a deep transformation toward high-end, intelligent, and eco-friendly development. Recently, Liaocheng released the Policies of Liaocheng City to Support High-Quality Development of the Manufacturing Industry, which consolidates 14 measures from previous policies, such as those supporting emerging pillar enterprises and single champion products, that have expired or been revised by higher authorities, and introduces 16 new initiatives, including support for future industrial development, for a total of 20 policies.

For example, for the first time, policies supporting new energy and new materials manufacturing enterprises, as well as policies fostering the development of future industries, have been introduced to guide the direction of industrial development and cultivate new quality productive forces. In promoting enterprise quality and efficiency, support policies for regional brands, corporate brands, and "Liaocheng Premium Products" among well-known Chinese consumer products have also been included for the first time. When it comes to building public service platforms, rewards for industrial chain promotion agencies have been introduced for the first time, aligning with the requirements of the operational mechanism implementation plan for the chain chief system.
