Dezhou: Government and Enterprises Collaborate to Advance Industrial Chain Upgrading

Recently, Dezhou held a meeting to advance the high-quality development of city-wide private enterprises and industrial chain initiatives. The meeting focused on promoting the high-quality development of the private sector, strengthening mechanisms for advancing the industrial chain, and accelerating the development of a robust advanced manufacturing city.

Private enterprises serve as the primary drivers of high-quality economic growth in the city, while 11 key industrial chains form the main platform for building strength in advanced manufacturing. Dezhou has established the core framework of its modern industrial system through a three-tier advancement model of "chain chief + chain owner + chain service."

According to reports, in line with the special campaign to support private enterprises, Dezhou has recently identified the first batch of 100 key enterprises urgently needing assistance. Over 160 enterprise requests have been collected and organized. Authorities plan to implement categorized and targeted measures, resulting in six major solution categories: strengthening factor guarantees, advancing cost reduction and efficiency improvements, addressing financing challenges, and supporting transformation and development.
