Shandong will focus on advancing the green and low-carbon transformation, align with national industrial policies, expedite the high-quality development of energy-intensive sectors such as the chemical and steel industries, actively explore the establishment of zero-carbon factories and industrial parks, and continually improve the hierarchical system for green manufacturing development.
