Recently, the 2025 list of pilot areas for trusted data space innovation and development was revealed. Jinan has been selected as one of the 13 pilot cities across the country, granting it priority access to policy support, resource allocation, and technical standard formulation initiatives.
Leveraging the unique advantages of the "three-zone integration" encompassing the National Artificial Intelligence Innovation Application Pilot Zone, the New-Generation Artificial Intelligence Innovation Development Test Zone, and the National Industrial Internet Demonstration Zone, Jinan is utilizing this national pilot opportunity to present the "Jinan Plan", contributing to the market-oriented reform of data elements nationwide.
In the future, the city's trusted data space aims to expand the number of data service providers to 200 through initiatives such as industrial investment promotion, issuing data vouchers, and organizing supply-demand matchmaking conferences, while also planning to integrate collaborations with over 20 leading enterprises. Furthermore, law firms, accounting firms, and other related enterprises will be incorporated to establish a collaborative ecosystem featuring six key participants: data providers, data users, technical service providers, application developers, infrastructure operators, and infrastructure regulators.
