Shandong Releases the Several Measures to Further Enhance the Quality and Efficiency of Youth Talent Attraction

Recently, various departments in Shandong Province jointly issued the Several Measures to Further Enhance the Quality and Efficiency of Youth Talent Attraction. The measures focus on five areas: expanding the total number of talents, improving quality, serving development, stimulating vitality, and creating a conducive environment, with the aim of building a strong "magnetic field" for attracting youth talent.

To support youth employment and entrepreneurship and to stimulate their creative potential, Shandong proposes that each university in the province organize at least one "Recruitment Fair for Talent Retention" every six months. The province will also deepen the implementation of the "Qilu Entrepreneurship" initiative, establish a "Dream Creation Support" mechanism to assist entrepreneurial graduates, and encourage them to start their own businesses. Additionally, Shandong will optimize the "Provincial Support Plan for Returned Overseas Students to Start Businesses", helping newly established companies grow rapidly. Furthermore, the province will comprehensively promote the development of a "micro-ecology" for youth talents in counties, focusing on creating a livable, work-friendly, culturally rich, and tourism-friendly environment for young talents.
