354 New Advanced (Provincial-Level) Smart Factories Identified in Shandong

Currently, Shandong is systematically and extensively promoting the tier-based development and construction of provincial-level smart factories. It is learned that in the recent evaluation for Shandong's advanced (provincial-level) smart factories and exemplary smart manufacturing scenarios in 2025, 354 advanced (provincial-level) smart factories, including IEIT SYSTEMS Co., Ltd., and 537 provincial-level exemplary smart manufacturing scenarios, including Integrated Electronic Systems Lab Co., Ltd., have been identified.

By implementing a smart factory gradient cultivation action, Shandong aims to create around 10 nationally leading and world-class smart manufacturing factories this year. All cities will further intensify their efforts in smart manufacturing, introduce relevant support policies, expedite the digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of key industries and sectors, and strive to cultivate a group of world-class and nationally leading smart factories.
